Enroll Two Factor Authentication

1 Install Google OR Microsoft Authenticator on your device.
2 Open the Authenticator and scan the QR Code or manually input the Secret Code below to add this application.
3 Close this window and, input the 6-digit code generated by the Authenticator into the form provided.
